The British Schools & British Hospital Blood Donation Campaign.
Every few seconds, someone somewhere needs blood — in surgeries, emergencies, treatments, and more. But without voluntary donors, there’s no supply. Let´s make a real difference!
For the second time, together with the British Hospital, we are launching our Blood Donation Campaign to help support those in need. Whether it is your first time donating or part of your regular routine, your contribution matters.
"I felt special, useful, and deeply grateful to have the good health required to be able to do it. I appreciated telling my children about it and explaining why I was going to the School. Through something so simple, one can make a significant difference in another person’s life. It is a quiet gesture, yet one full of meaning, connecting us to what is most essential: love for others, empathy and a vocation of service"
"Donating blood at the School was an experience filled with joy, a sense of community, and purpose. Furthermore, having the opportunity to participate alongside my children was deeply enriching for them, as it allowed them to see first-hand the value of solidarity and how a small gesture can transform lives"
"Being able to do it made me feel that, through a simple gesture, one can help others and create a real impact within the community. In addition, the support and organisation ensured that everything was thoughtfully planned and welcoming, encouraging others to take part and to return in the future"
"In addition to contributing through the donation itself, which greatly benefits those who may urgently need blood, the entire process was very practical and well organised. The space and the staff were thoroughly prepared to ensure that everything ran smoothly and comfortably for donors"
"It makes me very happy to be able to be part of this campaign for the second consecutive year, knowing that in this way, together with the School, we are contributing our own small part to society in something that can, at times, be crucial to people’s lives"
"The nurse was kind and attentive; for me, this was a key aspect of the experience. To conclude the experience, there were delicious snacks available for breakfast. In conclusion, if anyone were to ask whether I would recommend taking part, the answer would be a resounding yes"
